No Change

I apologize for not having updated the blog in over two weeks, but it is hard to know what to write when there is simply not much new. We have finally received a case worker for Medicaid at the state level, and he seems to be proactive about helping us get the benefits for which we are eligible. Mom is a trooper; she's trying really hard to do as much as possible, and we have to keep reminding her to take it easy and not to overdo it. She is able to walk short distances without her walker when she's feeling up to it, but she's still getting faint really easily. She's been very good about drinking enough liquid; we've got her protein water and protein shakes so that shed can try to keep as much strength as possible. We are all hoping that Medicaid will come through as quickly as possible so that we can resume vigorous pursuit of the cause with more tests. Mom's home all the time, so if you have a minute or two, please stop by. She loves having visitors. As always, thank you for your prayers.
